Round 2 P90X/Insanity Hybrid: Day76 - Max Cardio Conditioning

I really felt the burn this morning.  This was the last work-out of recovery week, but since my wrist isn't 100% yet, I'm going to suspend this round and this blog until Sept 4.  I will do various Cardio and Ab routines next week but I'm not going to blog about them.  With only two weeks left in the round I want to be able to finish strong.
