Round 2 P90X/Insanity Hybrid: Day 70 - Kenpo X and X Stretch

To make up for my "cheat" night(15 hot wings and a side order of curly fries) I threw some Kenpo X into the mix.  After I burned a few calories, I took a five minute break, drank some Results and Recovery drink and did a session of X-Stretch.  The quest for 350 push-ups starts in 17 1/2 hours.
