Today is my 1st P90X work-out in almost two weeks due to my sprained wrist and I couldn't be happier. It was a struggle but I was able to knock out 310 push-ups!!!!
I didn't think that I would be able to work-out until Sept 4th but I guess I'm a quick healer.
