Today is the last day of my Recovery Week Phase. As usual X-Stretch was what the doctor ordered. Not only did I get a good sweat but it was very relaxing and it got a kink out of my back. I have a 30 minute jog and an hour bike ride scheduled for 1 o'clock today. I'm already looking forward to tomorrow's quest for 300 push-ups.
