Round 2 P90X/Insanity Hybrid: Day 72 - Max Plyo's and Cardio Abs

I had to modify this work-out this morning.  I couldn't do the push-ups so I did extra power jumps, high knees and globe twists.  My wrist isn't as painful as it was yesterday but it isn't 100% yet either.

18 days to go!!!
