Round 2 P90X/Insanity Hybrid: Day 63-64 - X-Stretch and Chest & SHoulders & Triceps and Insane Abs

Day 63: This was an X-Stretch day which as always was relaxing but there isn't any need to go into detail and write about it.

Day 64: Chest & Shoulders and Insane Abs....this work-out was a beast!!!! I've noticed significant improvements in regards to my strength.  After a 15minute break and a serving of Results and Recovery Formula, I completed Insane Abs without pausing!! Great work-out!!!
