Round 2 P90X/Insanity Hybrid: Day 59 - Shoulders & Arms and Insane Abs......Checking My Ego at the Door

I started off like a mad man this morning with the 40lb weights.  But I checked my ego at the door and alternated the weights between 25lbs and 40lbs.  Today was much better in regards to Insane Abs!!! My whole upper body is fried right now!!!

Alternating Shoulder Press: 1st Time 10(40lbs); 2nd Time 10(40lbs)
In & Out Bicep Curl: 1st Time: 16(40lbs); 2nd Time16(30lbs)
Two Arm Tricep Kickback: 1 Time 12(25lbs); 2nd Time 12(25lbs)
Deep Swimmer Press: 1st Time 10(40lbs); 2nd Time 10(40lbs)
