I previewed both DVDs last night, so I knew that this was going to be intense!! I went with 25 and 30 pound dumbbells for the upper body work-out.....And I still felt it. I have to have this in rotation at least once a week because I can see my upper body blowing up with this in conjunction with P90X. Insane Abs is exactly that. I had to pause the DVD twice to keep up.
38 days to go!!!!! Time to step up my game!!!
