Round 2 P90X/Insanity Hybrid: Day 47 - Legs & Back and ARX

I really had to dig deep this morning for the 2nd day in a row.  My work-out started out slow but picked up steam as it progressed.  With all the cardio from Insanity my legs are fried, so I've decided to not use any weights for legs from here on out.  I barely made it through ARX and left Fast & Furious for another day.  Recovery week is coming right on time.

Legs & Back:
Balance Lunges: 25 ea. leg no weights
Calf Raises: 25 ea. calf no weights
Reverse Grip Chin-Up: 20w/ black resistance band
Super Skater: 25 ea. leg
Wall Squats: Hold for 90secs.
Wide Front Pull-Up: 20 w/ black resistance band
Step Back Lunge: 15 ea. leg no weights
Alternating Side Lunge: 24 no weights
Closed Grip Overhand Pull-Up: 20 w/black resistance band
Single-Leg Wall Squat: 60secs.
Deadlift Squat: 20 ea leg
Switch Grip Pull-Up: 20 w/black resistance band
3Three Way Lunge: 5 sets ea leg w/kick
Sneaky Lunge: 20 reps ea. leg
Reverse Grip Chin-Up: 20 w/black resistance band
Chair Salutations:  90secs
Toe-Roll Iso Lunge: 20 ea. leg no weights
Wide Front Pull-Up: 20 w/black resistance band
Groucho Walk: 45secs
Calf Raises: 75 no weights
Closed Grip Overhand Pull-Up: 18 w/ black resistance band
Speed Squats: 30 ea leg
Switch Grip Pull-Ups: 20 w/ black resistance band
