I knew that I had close to a 2hr work-out this morning, so I dropped the weight and went with more reps. Not surprising that I felt more of a burn without weights.
Insanity's Fast and Furious was a true grind after P90X Legs & Back. I had to dig deep but I'm proud to say that I came through with flying colors.
After a 5min break I was able to put up some pretty nice numbers for ARX. By the time I got tot he Mason Twist I was starving!!!!! Close to 1800 calories burned.
