Round 2 P90X/Insanity Hybrid: Day 36 - Chest, Shoulders & Triceps and ARX

After the P90X Chest, Shoulders, Triceps and ARX, I did a session on Insanity's Fast and Furious.  Whatever energy that I had was completely gone by the time that I finished.  I burned at least 1500 calories this morning.
