Round 2 P90X/Insanity Hybrid: Day 45 - Back & Biceps, Fast & Furious and ARX

I was feeling a little sluggish this mrorning so I only used 20 and 25 pound weights.  I got a nice burn by doing 12-15 reps instead of 8-10.  As usual, the guns are pumped.

Fast and Furious was perfect after the burn from Back & Biceps.  Shaun T still kicks my behind but not as bad as last week.  By the time I finished Ab Ripper X I was wiped out!!!!!!!

Today is the halfway point of this round.
