Initially I was a bit intimidated by the thought of 45mins of straight Cardio but when I saw some of the people that work-out with Shaun T tap out during the warm-up, my fears were put to rest. I think this is something that I can do 2x's a week. This will get me where I want my body to be and I have 58 days in this round to get there.
