I started this morning at 4:30 and it was already 79degrees. I took some breaks when I felt lightheaded but I made it through pretty well. My P90X numbers including ARX are pretty consistent.
Insanity's Fast & Furious was a totally different thing. I paused the DVD 3x's to make sure that I completed everything. 1800 calories burned.
