Day #74 - 3 Mile Jog and Bench Press - The schedule said that today was supposed to be Max Cardio Conditioning but after doing one routine or another of Insanity since June, I've decided that its time to pull back on the length of my cardio. So from now on I will be doing Fast & Furious as well as jogging for my Cardio.
2 sets of 10 w/50lbs
2 sets of 10 w/60lbs
2 sets of 8 w/70lbs
2 sets of 6 w/80lbs
2 sets of 4 w/90lbs
Day #75 - X-Stretch and 3 Mile Walk: I listened to my body this morning so instead of doing legs and back, I did X-Stretch and I went for a 3 mile walk after work
