Round 3 P90X/Insanity Hybrid: Day 86 - Chest & Back

I switched things up.  After working out at home the last 9 months with P90X and Insanity, I was experiencing a case of cabin fever.  So from today thru New Year's Eve, I will do my resistance training at the gym.

For day 84 I went for a 3 mile jog and day 85 I walked 3 miles.  There are 5 more days left in this round and for my recovery week I will be doing some weight lifting before I start P90X 2!!!

Day #76 - I did Kenpo X.

Day #77 - 2 mile walk I slowed the pace down this weekend, low impact and less intensity.

Day #78 - Chest, Shoulders, Triceps and ARX - There's only 19 days to go before my week long break.  I am looking forward to it.  This routine was a nice little change up. 3 mile walk after work.

Round 3 P90X/Insanity Hybrid: Day 74-75

Day #74 - 3 Mile Jog and Bench Press - The schedule said that today was supposed to be Max Cardio Conditioning but after doing one routine or another of Insanity since June, I've decided that its time to pull back on the length of my cardio.  So from now on I will be doing Fast & Furious as well as jogging for my Cardio.

Day #75 - X-Stretch and 3 Mile Walk: I listened to my body this morning so instead of doing legs and back, I did X-Stretch and I went for a 3 mile walk after work
